Hi all, I am generating a PWM signal with an xmos (gpio) device. Signal has following characteristics ; Frequency ; 50 MHz duty cycle ; %50 rise/fall times ; ~sub-ns Amplitude ; 3.3v or TTL (I can choose) it's all fine but I need a max amplitude of 10-11 volts. Actually we are not sure exactly the required voltage range thus I am planning to do it adjustable between 5V-12V. I obviously need a very fast transistor but haven't been on the analog stage for a long time. I think a well chosen rf-transistor might do the trick. Any suggestions or references ? Thank you.
