I have come across=20 some weird issues before, like one similar to yours which was a delivery=20 truck with malfunctioning radio that only was in the area on Mon, Wed,=20 Fri, finding that cause cost me a lot of hair ! Another issue I found was a large water tower, seems like you would=20 consider that right away, but this one was formerly blocked from LOS to=20 the tower by trees, trees came down and now signal had LOS which it=20 reflected all over the area. I'm not aware of any providers that switch 3G off, they sometimes lower=20 the speed but the service itself is still present. Sound more like an environmental , hardware , issue. Good luck !
