There is an incredibly complex control mechanism involved, not to mention the extremely high heat capacity of your body. It is, after all, mostly water and other high heat capacity substances. You radiate far more power into space than the power required to light your average flashlight. Stealing a few watts from the human body will not do it any harm at all. It will respond by dilating blood vessels, changing blood pressure, changing metabolism, releasing hormones to help you get moving, regulating appetite, and so on.
