I can echo that the combo below does work. I used an Obihai OBI110 with Google Voice for close to two years until the unit mysteriously gave out. My current setup is a bit more homegrown. I use a Linksys PAPT2A as my VOIP adapter. My service interface to Google Voice is YATE: http://yate.null.ro/pmwiki/ which I currently have running on an Allwinner A10 Android 4.0 MINI PC that's booting a copy of Lubuntu. The unit is connected via a wireless interface to ATT Uverse running at 18 Mbps down/3 Mbps up.=20 I keep a callcentric account with a $3 DID and E911 service for backup. My total out of pocket cost each month is $4.50 USD. Other than the 2 second connection delay, the setup works well.
