True, but this doesn't really look like the kind of antenna available at
the local Best Buy.

Also, this house had a home made antenna for OTA (similar in design to
the CM4221) before pointed directly at the CN tower (most OTA in our
area comes from that tower). I'm not suggesting this one is for TV, only
that the person who mounted it seems to be a DIYer.
