It's certainly nothing terrestrial due to the angle. Some observations: 1. Single cable only 2. cannot see a BUC 3. It is a parabolic reflector, an offset dish 4. Looks like there is more than a single LNB 5. A planar reflector in front of the parabolic offset reflector. Form what it looks like, I guess the planar array is there to improve reception, ie, to switch faster between sats, especially when the parabolic reflector = is re-positioned. If you can get a bit more details on the feed/receiving element in front (and if it is a regular DBS LNB) and if the antenna is motorized, the= n my guess would be in place.
