It looks like a parabolic antenna, probably send/receive ?? one channel=20 or so, like a private channel on one satellite transponder. Maybe=20 internet or a corporate data channel. Maybe the guy works from home and=20 needs a particular service. If you look at the listing of Directv=20 satellites transponder usage, there are numerous private channels. If=20 you could come close to determine the actual point in space it's=20 pointing to, then you might be able to pinpoint a particular satellite.=20 The horizontal direction and altitude angles are published for many=20 satellites.
