I doubt it would be very cheap to send me your magazines but I can think of= a number of ways that you can pass them on to people whom would appreciate them: 1) Find a local hackerspace or Makerspace and arrange for them to pick them= up, 2) Post an ad on Kijiji offering them for free or even a dollar amount, and 3) Post and ad on Freecycle offering them for free. I like the first option the most but 2) and 3) have worked very well for me= in the past with a set of encyclopedias and some older textbooks.
