I still kinda like the good old table format as well, sometmes it allows you a quick glance of features: http://www.microchip.com/ParamChartSearch/chart.aspx?branchID=3D1002&mid=3D= 10&lang=3Den&pageId=3D74 How you get there: From home page of http://www.microchip.com select "Products" / "PIC Microcontrollers" / "8-bit" So you get here: http://www.microchip.com/pagehandler/en-us/family/8bit/ Then "Products" / "PIC 16 Family" for example. The reason telling all this is because in these charts not all products are listed on one page -- as opposed to MAPS where you can select all from 8 - 32 bits, from baseline to dsp. So you might need to go back and forth if you really do not know where to start or what you need.
