What do you do about power track widths on surface mount boards? you=20
can't make them big all over because you'll never get them into the tiny=20
chips but you don't want to make them small all over either. Do the PCB=20
design systems you use (I use altium myself and never spotted a way to=20
express this)  provide a way to express "make this size X if you can but=20
make it smaller if you absoloutely have to to get it into a chip".
