Me too. The autorouter does most of the hard work, it's not
a big deal (personally) to go over it by hand and tweak it for
eg a little extra clearance here and there, remove the odd via
and so on, or even just to make it 'look nicer'

That's for a multi-layer board. I've got used to doing single-
sided by hand, although I'm still interested to see what the
autorouter suggests as a layout. Sometimes it's quite passable
with no further input needed
