Canon make great cameras, no doubt about it. I nearly bought one as my last= dSLR, but I found I preferred the Nikon in terms of build quality (felt be= tter in my hands) and the way it handled during use. These are very subject= ive things, and I'd encourage you to go to a store where you can actually h= andle and play with the camera you want to buy and try similar cameras at t= he same time. Previously, I had a Pentax which I'm very fond of. It was great to be able = to pick up some old lenses on eBay and be able to use them on a modern Pent= ax dSLR=85. And don't dismiss buying an older or secondhand body and investing your mon= ey in decent lenses. And, as others will likely say, don't get caught up in= megapixel hype ;) -m On 2013-05-10, at 7:03 PM, Tamas Rudnai wrote: > Hi list, >=20 > I am sure some of you are up to digital photography here, so I thought > would shout out my dilema.
