I don't know that model, but looking at the "typed" manual I'd say it's
1980's pedigree.=20

A used Hameg 20MHz scope on ebay (UK) is about 70 GBP with postage ($100
US), and I would say anything from 30-80 GBP is a fair price for an older
piece of equipment.=20
