I provided a free detailed report on the problems with a new product
to the erudite English speaking part owner of the business.
I pointed out that these could be remedied now at reasonable cost but
that if left unaddressed the long term costs would be high of fatal.

They stopped talking to me completely :-).

As far as I know the product has not been altered.
