My reaction would be to go out and buy a Keithley model 2400 Sourcemeter. F=
or the cost of developing something to that spec, you will spend as much mo=
ney ...

The 2400 comes with serial and GPIB interfaces. Other models in the Keithle=
y Sourcemeter range may have USB interfaces, would be worth checking.
