Bought some large electrolytic capacitors online, they are likely fakes.
I'd like to figure out if the voltage rating is anywhere near correct
before I use them.

I was thinking of attaching them to the rated voltage (63V) through a
large resistor and log the voltage on the cap over a few days. Seem
reasonable?
