It's much easier to tell quickly if someone is BSing you if you both=20
speak the same language and
share a common cultural (technical as well as social) background.

If you ask someone a simple question and they struggle with the=20
answer, it could be because of
language, unfamiliar terminology, or utter incompetence. If you can=20
eliminate the first two..
