I'm looking for a macro to know when MPLAB-SIM has been selected...
....since the simulator isn't perfect.  It runs at a different speed and
there are some things that don't work (notably, i2c).  I have a test for
#if SIMULATING which is supposed to cover these cases, but I have to
manually set or remove SIMULATING, including remembering when to do it!  It
would be nice if something I could test for automatically appeared when the
simulator was enabled.  There's no evidence of such a thing.  I figure, if
anyone would know, it would be you guys.
