Spent hours yesterday fiddling with a test pgm & circuit

for an ATtiny84.

Fiddle as I might, "Low-Power Mode" current refused to go

below 400 uA - Finally gave up & went to bed.

This morning I got the next chip out of the tube (Digikey) &

chucked it up in my test jig - 400 nano-Amps...
