I recall reading a post somewhere (either here or on Microchip=20 forums) about building a simple adapter to constrain Vpp to the value=20 required for working with these newer parts. It was pretty darned=20 simple: just a 10V zener diode followed by a darlington NPN=20 transistor in Emitter-Follower mode. Just 3 parts: the bias=20 resistor, the zener diode and the transitor. Hope this helps. dwayne --=20 Dwayne Reid Trinity Electronics Systems Ltd Edmonton, AB, CANADA (780) 489-3199 voice (780) 487-6397 fax www.trinity-electronics.com Custom Electronics Design and Manufacturing --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
