Alan, What part of it did you work on? Will the (1 hour delayed) video stream be available to everyone? It's not clear to me whether the camera will have a fixed field of view or if it is controllable (i.e., pan/tilt,zoom) Is the video stream going to be such high resolution that you can, without changing the optical parameters, see an entire country but also "digital zoom" to 1meter resolution? It gives the impression that individual users will be able to control the camera directly but that doesn't make any sense as far as I can see.
