Thanks! That was where the problem was. It appears to have built
and the only problem I see now is that if you call gpsim, it
can't find shared library libgpsim.so.0. That library was built
as I can see it right there in the source so I will need to
figure out where to move it so gpsim sees it. Sometimes, it is
the LOAD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable but I need to look up
the proper place in Debian Linux for third-party shared
libraries.
