Here in Brazil every worker working for private companies has right to
30 days of vacancy each year with one third of additional salary. This
period may be split but no period can be shorter than 10 days. Up to 10
days may be sold back to the employer.

The employer has the right to choose when to release the employee but it
must be before a second vacancy is due.
