Let me clarify my previous request. I've recently abandoned mikroC and am moving over to MPLAB X and the XC compilers. Though I do have some knowledge of programming in C, I am just catching up on how to apply it to PICs, specifically in the MPLAB X IDE using the XC compilers. Previously I was using MikroElektronika's book, "PIC microcontrollers Programming in C." Of course very little in this book applies to MPLAB and XC, so I am looking for a comprehensive book or site for learning C for PICs specifically for XC8 and XC16 in MPLAB X. I am currently crawling my way through the help files included with MPLAB, but it's not very user friendly. http://www.mikroe.com/products/view/285/book-pic-microcontrollers-programmi= ng-in-c/ Thanks David! I am looking through your tutorials now. They are helpful but a little too basic for my needs. -- Sincerely, James Burkart *Filmmaker & Documentarian* *Burkart Studios* 800.396.0227 | Phone 925.226.4910 | Fax *Web:* burkartstudios.com *Blog:* burkartstudios.com/blog *Twitter:* twitter.com/burkartstudios *Facebook:* facebook.com/burkartstudios On Thu, Mar 21, 2013 at 3:36 PM, James Burkart wr= ote: > Thanks Jan-Erik.
