Firstly, name both nets the same. Imagining it's an SPI clock line, give both nets the name SPI_CLK using the "name" tool (note you can type "name" as a command and hit enter). Then use the "label" tool (third up from bottom right, or type "label" and hit enter) and set the type to "cross reference label" using the toolbar at the top. The label is just aesthetic, the nets will be joined as soon as you name them the same and merge them into one.
