I have also used Dorkbot / OSHpark, and highly recommend them. You can=20 get 3 copies of a 3x2 board for $30, shipping included, in 2 to 3=20 weeks.Free shipping only in the US, USPS priority mail. Boards are made=20 in USA. I used to use APC exclusively, but they started charging $28 shipping no=20 matter how many (or how few) boards you order. High quality boards, get=20 them in 3-4 days. But expensive. I have also used ITead studios. I got 10 5cmx5cm boards for $13.80 in=20 23 days. Same high quality as the previous 2 vendors. Made in China. I used Futurlec once. 6x5.7 boards 2 for about $100. Took a long time=20 to arrive, thay were difficult to contact, and the boards arrived=20 without silkscreen, even though I paid for it. Otherwise, the boards=20 were fine. But I cannot recommend them.
