May be worth considering... or not.  RF communication as well as power=20
distribution are comparatively new in human evolution.   Radio is about=20
100 years old, and power distribution goes a couple decades before.  We=20
know the effects of high concentrations of non-ionizing radiation.  It=20
seems we're less sure about the effects of low levels.
