for your meter advising not to replace it with a smart meter.  They even=20
sell a "safe meter replacement kit", which includes forms and =20
instructions how to accomplish DIY meter replacement legally and=20
safely.    A quick, late night google search opened my eyes to mediocre=20
minds doing extraordinary things to make money.
