Hi,

Does anybody know what the minimum delay between changing the (VCFG) ADC vo=
ltage referance from Vcc (internal Vcc) to Vref (external) and starting a c=
onversion to allow Vref to settle is.

ie,

Select Vcc as ADC referance

how long should i wait

start conversion

Select Ext Vref as ADC referance

how long should i wait

start conversion


I've looked at the Data sheet and the only settling times are given for Vre=
f on the comparator.
