One of the big things is moisture getting in at the connectors. Have you used the "Compression" type connectors that have o-rings, etc.=20 I have been using them for our Directv, realizing this is a different=20 application, and not knowing what type (BNC, TNC, etc.), but with a=20 simple tool, the connecting process got much simpler and reliable than=20 the previous crimp and ones with the compression nut.
