For what it is worh, "Activision" is a games company from about the time
frame this chip was made. They made game cartridges for the Atari 2600, for
example. It could have come from one of those.

Made by GTE, and I would guess the part number is 5380 (I have a feeling
several manufacturers made that part number) and I would suspect the Sxxxx
is the mask number for the code that is in it.=20

The 8325 on the bottom line will be the date code (25th week of 1985, which
would be about right for that chip I would guess), and all the lines in the
middle are probably the in-house part number for the company who ordered it=
..
