Made by GTE, and I would guess the part number is 5380 (I have a feeling se=
veral manufacturers made that part number) and I would suspect the Sxxxx is=
 the mask number for the code that is in it.=20

The 8325 on the bottom line will be the date code (25th week of 1985, which=
 would be about right for that chip I would guess), and all the lines in th=
e middle are probably the in-house part number for the company who ordered =
it.
