Something that looked like this would do for office applications:

The modules that go in it seem to be terminal style though. My=20
understanding is that you send it screen commands and it spits back=20
touch locations.

I'd like to run the control application within the touch screen unit. =20
We have an existing RS485 comms protocol that runs over CAT5 cables=20
along with 12V (could be 24V) to power the node.
