Usually that will require as an XP upgrade, to briefly insert the older=20 version disc. Have done that many times. I keep the older disc available=20 with the XP disc. That includes a slipstreamed disc. Slipstreaming is a=20 process to take a Windows disc, break-out the I386 folder files (might=20 be a few more) or install/upgrade disc, download SP's many hot fixes,=20 and drivers (I usually don't include some drivers where the hardware may=20 change in future), melt it all together to make a full install. Can even=20 include the registration number so you don't get asked every time.=20 Process takes roughly an hour, maybe 2, but worth it.
