Hi Luis, I tried that once on a computer running Windows XP and it wouldn't boot because the chipset was different and whatever kernel or chipset drivers Windows was using were not compatible. I messed around with it for a while and put in the Windows CD and asked it to "repair" the installation. That made it work. So beyond the licensing issue you may have this type of thing to deal with.
