I'm looking for the 2x13 square post header connectors for a board that would mount directly to a Raspberry Pi, connecting to the I/O connector.=20 I've got some "female" headers, but they are only about 0.25" high- not enough to clear the various connectors on the RPi. I've seen some connectors that are meant to be stacking- such as are on the I/O boards that are available for the Digilent MAX32- But I can't seem to find how to actually call these connectors- essentially long pin female headers- possibly wire-wrap? However, I look for wire-wrap headers on digi-key, they are freakishly expensive. For some PIC content here- the board I'm building has a PIC32 on it, talking to the RPi via SPI. It also has some switchers, as I noticed that the RPi tended to overwhelm the 5V USB adapters I tried. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It is my plan to ultimately to open up the design/source.
