Hi Joe,
These are white LED strips.  Even with RGB strips I have not noticed PWM=20
causing colour shifts though.

Thanks for that.  I'd forgotten about the trust old MC34063.

Strangely enough, all of the TI (National) solutions are horribly=20
complicated.
