My brother's wife built her own aquarium lights, but they're not "just=20
blue and white LEDs".  Because she grows plants and coral, she is trying=20
to optimize the PAR (Photosynthetically active radiation=20
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Photosynthetically_active_radiation>).  I=20
don't have the specs on what LEDs she bought, but it is a combination of=20
different color LEDs.  I have a picture somewhere.
