Hi Joe, Interesting. Leo Simpson was a prime mover (and editor ?) of Electronics Australia back in its heyday. Personally, I found EA projects pretty good - especially earlier on. Later ones did seem to suffer from errors and unavailable components. (Not like real electronic design at all ! :-)) In contrast, I had issues with every ETI project I ever attempted (and was given to get working). I just found the designs weren't robust enough. Will now have a look at SC. - circuit cellar has never quite pushed enough buttons for me to splash out on.
