Rubidium standards and WWV methods are not what I'm looking for. Not=20
having the user set an RTC would also be nice and using GMT with an=20
offset (time zone) would work nicely.

I discovered that some of the Parallax units (and possibly others) have=20
an "on-board backup battery and RTC".  I'll get a module and read up=20
some more as this may mean that all of the RTC / update integration is=20
already done for me.
