Added a tag. And also an opinion about GPS modules. They use a lot of power, relatively speaking. And they take a long, long time to get a fix when powered up. The more expensive ones can be quicker getting a fix, but only if they location has not changed by very much. If you can live with those drawbacks, they do work fine most of the time. But not all the time.
