I have used TV extensively and agree - a very clean and capable program. There have been grumblingsin the past about supposed security holes. I was once able to get a complete newbie out of a hole by talking him through downloading and installing TV, and then taking control of his PC and demonstrating how to do something. Magic. I also should point out TV has probably saved my marriage on more than one occasion... Of honorable mention would have to be M$'s own RDP. Slightly more cumbersome, but probably faster that TV. It also takes more setting up on the viewee's computer. FWIW both are available for Androids (and presumably apples) - there are several RDP clients for android, non by M$ AFAIK.
