I have done repairs like this before. You will need to get some 30AWG=20 wire , normally used for wire wrapping, and some of the cyanoacrylate =20 glue, some places sold as super or instant glue. Carefully scrape the top of the via to expose the copper. The wire is small enough to go inside the via, so using some flux solder=20 the wire to the via. After the connection is completely cool use a drop of the glue over the=20 connection you just made. When the glue dries the connection will be just as solid as it was from=20 the factory.
