for a small motor like that I used 74LS244 line driver, with several gates =
in
parallel.  I also used 74LS244 to drive small step motor as well, with 2 ga=
tes
per side.  This is, of course, way out of specification for the IC, but is =

not for a commercial application anyway.=20
