I was looking this week at the IRS2092

It's a Class D PWM amplifier driver for FETs in a push-pull
configuration. The speaker -ve is at mid-rail

Being quasi-analogue and intended for the whole audio spectrum,
it uses feedback vs a reference to dynamically adjust the dead time

For a motor though, driven with a known frequency, couldn't a
known delay be used ? Perhaps a Schmitt Trigger and RC ?
