CISC scales down okay but it uses too much power to get the same=20
results. I never really liked MIPS, mainly because it has a lot of=20
quirks unique to it that don't make a lot of sense . MIPS is an=20
architecture that  causes me to think of the saying 'too many cooks=20
spoil the broth' .
