I have utterly zero competency in dot net BUT I know that it is very
well liked and respected by some people who I know to be exceedingly
capable in their field.
Not all things suit all people. If dot net is not for you then pass by
on the other side or, mayhaps, just maybe, note that you do not like
it.

be true.

2.  Codeweaver Crossover  may be worse than WINE, may always have been
worse than WINE, and may always be so.
*BUT* - all; of these may not be true.
It partially depends on application and context.

AND - its free, they usually sell it, they usually charge for support.
It just may have something going for it.
As long as you don't pay for bandwidth by the kilobyte, scoring a free
download sounds like a really good idea, and maybe even then.
