I frequently purchase Hammond extruded cases and cut them in half to=20 get the size that best suits my needs. I can't always do that but=20 its surprising how often it works out. My old Dewalt 10" radial-arm=20 saw with a special aluminum-cutting blade does an awesome job of=20 cutting the boxes. Hammond sells the end caps in packages of 10 pcs - I normally use the=20 plastic end caps rather than the plastic / flat aluminum plate versions. Something else to consider is that Hammond *WILL* sell full-length=20 extrusion to you. Its already anodized, so all that you have to do=20 is cut it to the lengths that you need. You can also purchase the=20 end caps in bulk (100 lot and up) for significantly better prices=20 than listed in the catalog. I see Ross Hammond several times each year and we always talk about=20 the new extrusions that Hammond is bringing to market. He's made it=20 clear that manufacturers purchasing raw extrusion is something that=20 Hammond supports. dwayne At 09:30 AM 10/29/2012, Neil wrote: >Hmmm...
