Yesterday I have checked out Costco, unbelievable that they have better offline deals than online -- I guess the lazy ones have to pay the price. Anyway, I have ended up picking a kind of inexpensive 27" LED screen, a Samsung S27B350H one for $210 + Cali tax. They have a 60 days return policy, so I guess if it turns out that it is not good for my needs I will just bring it back. But so far so good, it has VGA and HDMI inputs, no DVI, but it is fine by me. 1920x1080 resolution. It is so light too. Now I can see the header file next to the source as this layout is preferred (or forced?) by Xcode. This is like 1/4 of the price what Apple is asking for..= .. Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
