Exactly what we were thinking, but I'm trying to avoid the fabrication=20
if I can.  This is part of a display, and there's too much else to do=20
currently.  A simple barrel nut would work well to pick up the thickness=20
difference, but these pots seem to use non-standard M8 x 0.75 threads. :(
